Music therapy is scientifically proven to ease many physical and psychological conditions, not least brain trauma, Alzheimer’s, Autism and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Therapeutic Music is the use of the healing elements of music and sound to create an environment conducive to healing in different settings. A large number of studies have confirmed the significant benefits that music provides stress relieve, which results in a decreased heart rate and a lower blood pressure. This msuic combined with inner imaginary from the listener creates extraordinary results.

Solfeggio frequencies, which register on both the cellular and neural levels, form the basis of his work. The tracks use low frequencies to create a state of relaxation, but also to activate and keep the mind vivid. There are binaural sounds to synchronize the brain hemispheres, as used in trauma therapy.

This music is improving relationships, transition, enlightenment and healing. Some designed to relax, some to revitalize, some to reinstate perspective, some to activate problem solving, and others to accompany meditation or visualization.


Artists

Hideyo Blackmoon, born in Japan and based in Ibiza, is an internationally recognized female electronic composer, producer, vocalist, DJ. She started her professional music career in late 90's, has been heavily influenced by club culture, outside festivals, new age scene, etc. She has lived a nomadic lifestyle, performing around the globe at international music festivals

Ingmar Hansch based on Ibiza is since the 90's a professional producer and composer started his carrer for Logic Records in the 90s and helped building up the Cafe Del Mar series included songs from him from number 3 till number 6. He is a licensed psychotherapist with focus on cognitive behavioral therapy. This influenced him to produce therapeutic music easing stress related topics from the listener.



　悩みや苦しみを解放する癒しの音楽が登場



「ミュージックフォーインナージャーニー　～　心の旅への音楽」は、日本人の日出夜ブラックムーンとドイツ人音楽家、イングマー＝ハーンシュによりイビザで制作されたセラピックミュージックアルバム。

ミュージックセラピーによる身体や精神の状態の改善は、科学的に証明されており、とりわけ、トラウマ、アルツハイマー、自閉症、注意欠陥多動性障害などに有用とされている。セラピックミュージックは、ヒーリングの要素を含んだ音と音楽を用いる事により、様々な状況下の問題を癒す環境を整える。莫大な量の研究により、音楽は、脈拍数や血圧を正常に下げるなどして、ストレスを解消させるなどの成果を上げる事が立証されている。

特定の周波数で細胞と神経レベル両方に働きかけるソルフェジオ周波数をベースにしたこれらのアルバム曲では、低周波音が使われ、それらの音がリラクゼーションをもたらすと同時に、マインドを鮮明に活性化させる。トラウマセラピーに使われるバイノーラル音により脳の半分とシンクロさせる。

この音楽は、それぞれ、タイトルにあるリレーションシップ、変換、悟り、癒し、などを改善したり、リラックス、活力を導いたり、問題解決能力を復旧させる様にしたりなど、まさに「効く」音楽である。


Hideyo Blackmoon スペインのイビザ島を拠点に、インターナショナルに認識されている日本人女性アーティスト。９０年代末期から音楽活動を本格的に始め、クラブミュージック、野外フェスティバル、ニューエージシーンから影響を受けている。１５年以上に渡り、世界中を旅しながら音楽とスピリチャルな世界の両方に従事することで、エレクトロミュージックとヒーリングアートを結びつけた活動も行っている。

Ingmar Hansch 同じくイビザを拠点に、９０年代よりロジックレコードのプロデューサーコンポーザーとして 活動し、世界で一世風靡したチルアウトミュージックのカフェデマーシリーズのNo3~6まで、精力的に曲を提供し、サポートにも携わった。認知行動療法に集中した精神療法医としての免許を持っている。これらの経歴により、リスナーがストレスを解消出来るセラピックミュージックをプロデュースしている。
